Advancing sustainability and occupant wellbeing across a landmark London workplace campus.
BEYOND supported the transformation of two landmark London buildings into a 19-floor workplace campus, integrating sustainability and wellness strategies throughout the design. The project achieved a 31% reduction in embodied carbon in one building and a 36% reduction in the other, demonstrating a commitment to reducing environmental impact at scale.
Healthy material selection was a key priority, with low-VOC products and materials free from harmful chemicals specified to meet the client's sustainability requirements. Both buildings also feature 100% fresh air systems, promoting indoor air quality and occupant wellbeing. Together, these strategies create a healthier, more sustainable workplace that supports both people and the planet.
