With our team of experts, BEYOND can assist clients in achieving their ESG goals through strategies for tracking and delivering on ESG metrics, such as carbon reporting and climate risk factors.

  • Biophilia is the innate relationship between humans and the natural world, serving as a crucial design tool to improve human health outcomes and experiences in the built environment.   • With increasing policies and incentives to reduce operational energy, energy modeling enables clients to identify energy efficiency measures more effectively at an earlier design stage, thus achieving greater energy reductions. Through the use of comprehensive analytical and software tools, BEYOND can conduct energy modeling analyses to help identify and enhance energy efficiency measures in your project.

Jonce is the Global Director of Sustainability and Wellness at HLW, where he oversees the coordination of holistic, integrated, sustainable solutions to improve the built environment. From managing BEYOND to reinforcing the firm's pledge to the AIA 2030 Commitment, Jonce is responsible for weaving sustainability and wellness into each stage of a project’s design.

Stephanie brings more than ten years of experience in designing base building and interiors to BEYOND. As Sustainability Project Manager, she plays a critical role in analyzing the multi-layered quantitative and qualitative data gathered during a project.

Associate, Sustainability Analyst

Gabi’s technical experience and expertise is rooted in lighting performance and sustainability rating systems. Her attention to detail ensures that our projects achieve the highest level of sustainability and wellness. As Sustainability Analyst, she adds a level of holistic thinking on how to best leverage rating systems.
