Working in close collaboration with the client, BEYOND guided this 187,000-square-foot workplace to achieve LEED Gold certification, building on the project’s strong foundation with targeted strategies that unlocked additional performance gains. Through a detailed final-stage assessment, the team identified key opportunities to meet critical requirements and successfully realize the client’s sustainability goals.

The design maximizes access to natural daylight, with 58% of regularly occupied spaces benefiting from daylight exposure—reducing energy demand while enhancing occupant comfort and productivity. Biophilic design principles are thoughtfully integrated throughout, strengthening the connection between people and their environment and creating a more engaging, wellness-focused workplace experience.

Together, these strategies elevate both environmental performance and user experience, reinforcing a holistic approach to sustainable design that aligns with the broader vision for the PGA TOUR Campus.
