MARSHALL WACE

Marshall Wace's new space in Hudson Yards is a warm and welcoming office for this asset and investment manager. Working with BEYOND, the design team delivered concepts evoking the Biophilic Design principles of Refuge and Prospect. Daylight analysis models helped to create a bright space with views out across Manhattan and New Jersey. Through strategies including careful material selection and high construction and demolition waste diversion, this project achieves LEED v4 ID+C Gold Certification.
